Cobwebs Cottage has three bedrooms 2 doubles and a twin on the first floor together with a bathroom. There is a large cosy Lounge with gas fire and an area for eating. The Kitchen/Breakfrast room has an electric oven microwave and toaster. The utility room houses a washing machine dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a shower over the bath in the downstairs bathroom. There is ample parking beside the cottage. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs which is a 'sun trap '. Daisy cottage is approached via it's own drive from MIll Lane. Parking is in front of the cottage. The Lounge/Dining area/ and Kitchen are well furnished. The Kitchen has a gas hop electic oven dishwasher washing machine microwave and fridge with an small freezer compartment. Four steps take you up to the 2 berooms one being a double and the other a twin and the bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is a grassed area where there is a table and chairs. Barbeques are available. Dogs are allowed in both cottages. Berrynarbor a regular winner of Best Kept Village and Britain in Bloom. Berrynarbor has a history dating back to 1085 has pretty whitwashed cottages a 17th century 'Ye Olde Globe Inn' plus a community Post Office /Village Store who are happy to deliver provisions to you cottage on the day of arrival. Berry Mill Cottages are located in a wooded valley between Combe Martin and Ilfracombe. It is the perfect location for exploring North Devon’s world famous Jurassic coastline or for seeing the magnificent beauty of the Exmoor National Park. Woolacombe Croyde Bay and Saunton Sands where you can relax or engage in more strenuous activities like surfing are also easily accessible.

At Berry Mill House our rooms have a distinct character and there are 3 rooms in total. Two of the rooms are double with King size beds with en suite facilities. The third is a twin bedroom/double which is also ensuite. All rooms have flat screan TV/DVD.
