Oakleigh House is a quaint Victorian style Guest House ideally situated in the south shore area of Blackpool. The house itself has maintained many of the original Victorian features along with modern and comfortable surroundings. Its central location means that Oakleigh is within walking distance of most of Blackpool's attractions. These include Pleasure Beach Sandcastle South Pier. A longer walk or short tram ride will take you up to the other piers and Blackpool Tower. For all you who like to shop till you drop you will find indoor markets and lots of shops a few minutes walk from the hotel or a short tram/bus journey will take you to Blackpool centre where you will find high street designer stores. Oakleigh will make every effort to ensure your stay is one to remember. Customer care and satisfaction being our priority we assure you of very clean and comfortable surroundings. The aim is to ensure you have a most enjoyable stay offering excellent food and a warm and friendly atmosphere. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag or similar parties. All prices include a light breakfast consisting of cereals toast fruit juice and tea/coffee. A cooked breakfast can be purchased for an additional fee and can be booked by calling the property or upon check-in. On-site parking is limited and must be pre-booked. The parking is also airport-style parking and guests may have to leave their car keys at reception. Should guests wish to use their car during their stay they will need to give advance notice.

Anyone who smokes drugs while staying with us will have their stay cancelled with immediate effect and no refunds given.
