The hotel was built in 1990 and renovated in 2002. It has 9 floors with a total of 195 rooms. There is a lobby with a 24 hour reception, 5 lifts (1 panoramic), and the Bar Mirador open in the evenings with live piano music four times a week.  The non smokers restaurant has an outdoor terrace and serves a buffet variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Between meals you can enjoy snacks from the Pool Bar. During the day adults may take part in the entertainment activities and children also have their activity programme in the miniclub. The evening entertainment with shows and music takes place in the nightclub. The hotel has 2 outdoor pools, one large and one for children, terrace area with loungers and parasols (free). The solarium is on the roof, 9th floor of the hotel and offers a quiet, relaxing area with sun beds, Jacuzzi and unbeatable views of the sea.

Other services available at the hotel include conference room, game room (billiards –surcharge-, arcade –surcharge-, table tennis -free-, etc..);  Gym for 16 years +, Internet room for  16 years + (free), Wireless access throughout the hotel (free), mini club for children between 4 and 12 years old, computers for children under  16 years and splash pool for babies (with their parents),  a supermarket and a laundry room with washer and dryer (surcharge).

The Wellness Hotel, available only for adults (only for adults 16 years over)  is located on level -1 and offers a wide variety of free services such as: tanning salt, Turkish bath, massage bed, Colarium (light therapy and collagen), chill out area, snow cabin, Kneipp and Dead Sea Bath, Priessnitz Bath, Finnish Sauna, UV Rays, Cold Bath, Sensory Shower, Cold shower, Rasul, Oasis Sabbia Med, Relaxation area with waterbeds, Thalassotherapy pool with 2 Jacuzzis and massages (the latter has a surcharge). Children allowed from 09:00 to 12:00M only if adult accompanied.

Please note that the GYM is accessed via stairs. Should wheelchair users need assistance to access the gym a member of the Technical Service or Wellness will be willing to help facilitate the entry
