- Sea View has an elegant breakfast room with antique furniture original works of art and log burning stove. There is also a TV fitted. It is located on the ground floor to the front of the house with a panoramic sea view. For breakfast: apart from 20+ hot dishes there is also a buffet table with a variety of cereals yoghurts fruit fruit juice homemade preserves etc. We also cater for special diets wherever possible.

Take the A39 towards Lynton. Descend the hill into Porlock village and come straight through the high street. At the end of the high street the road forks off: take the right fork signposted to Porlock Weir and we are the second house on the left opposite Porlock Visitor Centre.;
