The Health Club and Pool at Fairmont Royal York cater to hotel guests, offering convenient hours for both the indoor pool and the fitness center. The Health Club features amenities such as an indoor pool with a skylight (maintained at 82-84°F and measuring 50 feet in length with a depth of 3.5-4.2 feet), a whirlpool (at 104°F), a children’s wading pool, saunas, steam rooms, and change rooms. Complimentary towels and locker facilities are provided.The Fitness Centre boasts TechnoGym equipment equipped with personal LCD TV screens, including treadmills, elliptical trainers, a recumbent cycle, upright cycles, a Dual Adjustable Pulley Machine, free weights ranging from 5 to 70 lbs, stability balls, and adjustable benches. Guests should note that the pool is unsupervised, and children under the age of 12 are not allowed to swim unless accompanied by an adult.
