Eden Lodge is one of the oldest houses in Falmouth dating back to 1605. Visitors who return year after year comment that it is truly a 'home from home'. Our rooms are comfortable and relaxing with some superior rooms being en-suite. We have a peaceful and relaxing guest lounge for your use with a fireplace and grand piano. French doors lead to a beautiful courtyard with picnic tables and flower pots then on to the indoor heated swimming pool which is available for guest use during restricted times. We also have a lovely lawned front garden surrounded by flower beds. A complimentary continental breakfast is served between 8am-9am. A cooked breakfast is available at an extra charge of £6.00 per person per day and is made to order so must be ordered the night before. During certain times of the year we offer an evening meal menu which is around £9.00 for a main course and must be reserved in the morning. We can cater for any dietary requirements please contact the us directly for a sample menu. Standard check in is between 4pm-7pm or by contacting Eden Lodge to make individual arrangements. Standard check out is 10am We are walking distance to the town where you will find plenty of cafe's bars pubs and restaurants and enjoy fresh local food. The beach is a few moments away where you can relax and soak up the natural beauty of the area or make use of the water-sports activities.

We have a mix of twin and double rooms en suite rooms and rooms with shared bathrooms we also have a family room which sleeps 4 and is en suite also. All of our rooms are freshly decorated light and spacious. They all have LCD TV's with Freeview bottled water tea and coffee. Hair dryers available on request. We are a non-smoking establishment.

Guests are invited to use the guests lounge with TV books and board games. We have an indoor heated swimming pool available for guest use upon request during restricted times. We have very limited parking available on site and there is plenty of free street parking available close by.
