Disney Area Standard Villas invite you to enjoy the benefits of your own villa located in the Disney area of Florida, giving you easy access to all the major attractions. The privately owned homes are all equipped for self-catering, have a private swimming pool, and a host of modern amenities to enhance your comfort. The homes vary in design and furnishings but are all 3 bedroom and of a similar style, so that, when you book a Disney Area Standard Villa you can be assured of 'home-from-home' comforts with style.

Local Tips: Hire a car and make the most of the location to enjoy the major attractions of Disney and this region of Florida; and have easy access to nearby shops, restaurants and bars.

Please note:
A fully refundable security deposit of $300 per villa per stay, authorized and held on the guests credit card, is required for all villa rentals in Florida. This is to cover accidental damage.  Guests must complete a registration form. Please complete and fax to 001 407 344 2006 or email to naomi@excelvillarentals. com. Credit card information must be provided for a security deposit. Once the completed registration form has been received, guests will be emailed the arrival instructions for the key collection office in resort where they will receive their key pack and a map and driving instructions to their accommodation.

These 3 bed guest homes have a quality décor, are well-appointed with good furnishings and modern amenities; features include air-conditioning, minimum 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite to master bedroom), range of appliances: washer/drier, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fully stocked with cooking utensils, telephone, minimum 2 TVs, and many have internet and DVD players.
