Seating is available outside the front of the house where you can sit and watch the world go by.

Mobility Description:
Pleasant Valley House is in an elevated position. There is a flight of steps or a steep drive from the car park to the property. Vehicles may be driven to the top of the drive to allow luggage to be unloaded and/or to allow passengers to alight. Help with luggage is available if required. The entrance is through double doors and access is up two small steps. All bedrooms and toilets are situated on the first floor (there is no lift). All en-suite shower cubicles have raised ledges into them. There is level access to all of the ground floor area including bar lounge and dining room. Stairs and corridors are well lit at all times.

Directions:
From Carmarthen take the A40 dual carriageway signposted St Clears. On reaching roundabout take A477 signposted Tenby and Pembroke Dock. After approx 10 miles you pass through the village of Llanteg. After a further 3 miles at the start of the dual carriageway take first left turn signposted Stepaside. After 500 yards turn left signposted Wisemans Bridge and Pleasant Valley. After only 25 yards turn left again following the same signs. Pleasant Valley House is situated approx 1 mile on left.;
