At Tullochard House you will receive a warm welcome from Kate and Keith. Tullochard House offers comfortable accommodation in well-proportioned rooms for up to 8 guests. All four rooms are individually decorated with original paintings and patchwork wall hangings. Two Double en-suite rooms (one of which is on the ground floor) one Standard Double room & one Standard Twin room. The two standard rooms share the exclusive use of the first floor toilet/shower room. A homemade takeaway breakfast is available for those who want an early start. The full cooked breakfast is served at 8.30am along with porridge homemade bread-rolls scotch pancakes and Kates own jams & marmalades. Special dietary requirements can be provided for on request including homemade Gluten Free bread and mushroom burgers. The Jams & Marmalades are on sale along with other crafts that Kate makes. Tullochard House offers a relaxed and informal atmosphere for those wanting a base for a holiday on the Isle of Skye or wanting overnight accommodation as they travel around the Hebridean Islands. Tullochard House is situated in Dunvegan in the North West of Skye and well placed to explore the Glendale Waternish & Trotternish peninsulas the Cuillin Mountian Range and Portree which is just 25 miles away. Within short walking distance is the Old School Restaurant cafes Post Office and local village shops. Kate and Keith can give advice and suggestions for some of the best places to visit these can include good long & short walks local craft outlets and locations for viewing wildlife and spectacular scenery that is not to be missed. All bedrooms take a maxim of 2 people (either 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child) We do not have any familily rooms or facilities for babys under 2 years old. If you would like to bring a baby please contact us-you will need to bring a travel cot with you as babys are not allowed to share the main beds. Tullochard House has a sitting room with comfortable seating for the visitors use. There is a table & chairs for playing board and card games (of which we have many for you to borrow for good old fashioned fun) TV with freeview and a DVD player (along with a number of DVDs). There is a selection of books (Craft Novels and Reference) Maps and local & walking guides for you to borrow while you are here. New for this year we now have Free Fiber Wi-Fi in all rooms.

If using your Sat nav please ensure that you ask it to take you via Kyle of Lochalsh and the Skye bridge (If not it is likely to take you via Mallaig). From the Skye Bridge take the A87 to Sligachan and then turn left onto the A863 this will bring you into Dunvegan please also note that Sat nav does not work with the postcode please use Lat & Long (N57.43105:W06.57144) to get you near then look out for the Health Centre and you will find our large white house directly opposite.;
