40 km south-east of Jyväskylä, Lakes Keskinen/Kierikka/Urakkalahti 25 m (length 4.8 km, width 950 m) shallow hard sand bottom, own boat. Wooden 2-storey chalet 2001, downstairs living room, kitchen island, bay window, hall, bedroom double bed, utility room/dressing room, washroom (jacuzzi), sauna (wood-fired stove), 2 terraces. Upstairs 3 bedrooms 2 beds in each, dining room/lounge extra double bed, WC, balcony and tower. Building has geothermal heating and underfloor heating on both storeys, mechanical ventilation and central vacuum cleaner.

Chalet is located on 1.5-ha promontory, with lake on three sides, large jetty platform, roofed grill, playhouse, plus caravan on shore for extra sleeping places. Not suitable for outdoor celebrations due the tranquility valuing neighbourhood. Plot has dog compound to which dogs can be brought by arrangement. Pets are not allowed indoors.

Owner rents out outboard motor. Plot includes small island connected by pathway. Huikon Helmi (summer food/magazine kiosk) and Huikko summer dance pavilion 3 km. Leivonmäki National Park 38 km, Lasilandia tourist centre and go-carting track 15 km.
