It is all in the name: Serene-estate is synonym for peace and serenity. The synthesis between architecture and landscape are decisive for the specific atmosphere. The Dutch design is a mixture of minimalistic architecture and New Forms with the characteristic bent lines.

For the warmth of African atmosphere, bright colours and lighting effects have been used.

The Guest House is situated at the edge of the village bordering the iSimangaliso Wetland Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site) at only 10 minutes walk from all the amenities (restaurants, craft market, shops) and walking trails / beaches.

Check in between 14h00 to 18h00, however no check in after 16h00 on Christmas or New Years Day.
