The apartments are on 4 floors with a lift, they arefully equipped and can house up to 6 people. It has a large swimming pool for adults and children, , and it also has a 50m park for the kids to play. Stunning views of the sea and the Montgri Massif, La Pineda is in one of the most peaceful and quiet areas of the Estartit. Relax and enjoy a well deserved break!

These cozy apartments consist of a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, an oven, a microwave and a washing machine, specifically designed to make you feel at home.
It has two bedrooms, one double (with a double bed) and another with two single beds or bunk beds, also you will find a large furnished balcony overlooking the Mede Islands or the beautiful and refreshing pine trees right in front of the complex or the Montgrí Massif (at the back of the complex), the mountain will not leave you indifferent! You will also find a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.
All the apartments have satellite TV, coffee maker and kitchen accessories. The use of the air conditioning has an additional supplement fee.

Conditions

Deposit 120€ (cash only) will be request at the arrival as a damage guarantee; this amount will be totally refund at the end of the stay before the check-out of the apartment.

If expected arrival outside reception hours please indicate so in the booking.

For picking Up the keys out of reception hours, there is an extra fee of 15€.

Pets are not allowed.

Not included in the apartment price: city tax of € 0.45 per night per person for over 16 years. Maximum charge of 7 nights per customer.

All the extra charges have to be paid directly in the reception (only cash).
