The woods have long since disappeared but the overall circle road is still there. A pair of fire hooks used to remove the thatch from burning buildings are preserved on a wall in the village. There has been a church in the village since before the Conquest and parts of the present building date from the 12th Century. Fullards Farm is located within easy access of A14 A1 St Ives Huntngdon Cambridge and Peterborough. It is 3.5 miles to the attractive riverside market town of St Ives with Park & Ride and Guided Busway to Cambridge City Centre. It is only 20 miles to the historic university city of Cambridge.
The Swallows is a self-contained ground floor annexe with fully fitted kitchen bed/sit room- either super king size double or twin beds- and an ensuite shower room. The rooms are on their own corridor and one has a private shower room and other has a private bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Please feel free to wander around or sit out in the garden or on the patio; a croquet set boules set and field skittles are available for guests use.
