No. 14 is situated in the heart of Blackpool. We are a 15 minute stroll from North Pier and the sea front is at the top of our street. For those of you wishing to take a bus or tram ride these also are situated at the top of our street and family tickets are available from the driver at various prices. We are a friendly family run B&B and take every pride in what we do in our home and service we provide for your holiday. At the front of our property we have a colourful well kept garden area with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy our delightful sunshine and sea breeze. There is a cosy comfortable living room in which there is a piano flat screen TV and Xbox to entertain the children on those less sunny days or evening relaxation. Our delightful Tudor dining area leads to a small conservatory of which leads out to our back garden where we have our fish and delightful colours of our plants this garden as seating also and room for those little legs of children to run around and play safely. Unwind and enjoy whilst children play and enjoy the relaxing environment. We would like to think that our home will become your home for your entire stay our rooms all unique to themselves are also equipped with flat screen TVs with Freeview hair dryers radio alarm clock and I-pod docking station. Also supplied are towels and complementary toiletries coffee tea making facilities with hot chocolate to settle those little ones after a fun day (these are replenished on a daily basis).All rooms have their own en-suite to a high standard. BREAKFAST: We offer a full English and Continental breakfast with various cereals and yoghurts and bountiful amounts of fruit orange juice apple juice to fill the little ones before their daily adventures. Vegetarian breakfasts is also available using Quorn sausages. All we ask is that any special dietary requirements are stated when booking or on arrival. The rooms at No 14 B&B are all unique to themselves however each room comes complete with full bedding towels and complementary toiletries full tea & coffee making facilities. En-suite alarm clock and flat screen TV's. Each of our rooms are furnished to a high standard to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.

The No 14 B&B consists of a colourful front garden area with ample seating. We have a communal lounge with Freeview TV XBOX 360 and a piano and children's games. To the back of the property there is another large garden area for guests and friends alike we at No. 14 allow guests to have friends and family visit them whilst staying with us in communal areas only. We have a fully licensed bar area and a small seated conservatory which leads on to the back garden area of our property.
