Grosvenor Place is a warm and friendly Georgian Town house that has been lovingly restored to offer accommodation in a historic building but with all of the modern comforts including complementary Wi-Fi. We are located in a cobbled side street right in the heart of the City of Chester only a stone's throw from the racecourse and city walls. The shopping area is just 2 minutes walk away so are the many restaurants and bars. A quality Guest hpose offering a personal service useful advice and local knowledge in a homely relaxed atmosphere. We are accredited by quality & tourism and have been awarded a 3 star rating. Our beds have deep comfy mattresses and we use only Egyptian cotton sheets. All our rooms are en suite and are double or triple glazed. A continental breakfast is included with your stay. The option of a full English is available at an additional cost of £4. Chester is a fantastic city steeped in history and culture. You can view and walk the City walls or visit Britains oldest amphitheatre or just pop next door to the Grosvenor Museum. Why not stroll along the River Dee or take a boat? Chester has a wealth of shops boutiques and restaurants for you to explore. There are many events during the year including regular race meetings literary festivals and a bustling Christmas Market. If you wish to go a little further afield why not shop at the Designer Outlet Centre visit Chester Zoo (England's largest) or take a trip to the stunning scenery on our doorstep in North Wales.
