In the historic vaults of 1573, guests of the restaurant "Pfistermühle" experience a fine Bavarian cuisine with local specialties. Clever creations of Bavarian delicacies - combined with international accents – are served in seasonal offers. Following the motto "kitchen of short distances" only fresh products directly from the region are used and processed. The famous tavern "Ayingers" with outdoor seats directly on the "Platzl" is Bavarian culture at historical site. Regional specialties and traditional dishes are on the menu as well as seven types of draft beer from the private family brewery in Aying. In addition, the "Platzl Karree", the open-air bar at the historical façade of the Pfistermühle with creative cocktails and champagne selection is the new meeting place in the heart of the old city center. The recently opened hotel bar "Josefa Bar & Kaffee" impress locals and travellers with homemade essences for the interpretation of classical bar drinks – made in Munich style!
