Great location. Very helpful staff on the concierge desk. Courtesy bus routes are very useful to get about. Bus and tram stops just outside the hotel to get anywhere you want. The room - bed was comfortable and housekeeping quick to provide another pillow, when requested. The hotel was busy but everyone was helpful. We didn't eat here so can't comment on the restaurant. Would stay again.
