RATES, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
The rates shown refer to the dates of your stay. Rates are subject to change due to market conditions or changes in arrival and/or departure dates - any date change may result in a rate change. Rates are quoted in Euros (EUR).
In the event that you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly published, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the booking at its discretion and will contact you directly to do so.
To guarantee your reservation, you must pay the first night plus any extras requested at the time of booking. The remaining payment must be made in full up to the limit of the free cancellation policy of your reservation.
AGE ELIGIBLE FOR CHECK-IN
You must be at least 18 years old to check in and register for a room. Identification will be requested.
MANDATORY IDENTIFICATION
An official photo ID or valid passport must be presented at check-in for each occupant of the room.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 12:00.
Hotel reception is available 24 hours a day.
CHILDRENS POLICY
One (1) child up to 2 years old stays free of charge per room (when the maximum occupancy of the accommodation allows), in a crib, subject to availability.
To include children from three (3) to twelve (12) years old in the reservation, select the room/rate with the child included.
Please inform the accommodation of the number of children traveling with you and their ages.
CHILDRENS AREAS
Aquashow Park Hotel has one (1) childrens playground inside the hotel and two (2) outside, as well as mini-golf, a ping-pong table and a games room. Both areas are unsupervised and require supervision by a responsible adult.
EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT
If you arrive at the hotel before the normal check-in time, it is advisable to go to the Hotel Reception. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. To guarantee an early check-in, you must make a reservation for the night before your arrival.
Late check-outs are available on request, subject to room availability. Please check with Reception on the day of your departure regarding the availability of late departure and applicable prices.
AQUASHOW WATER PARKS
Aquashow Park Hotel offers exclusive access to Portugals Largest Outdoor Water Park (during the entire stay, including the day of arrival and departure), during the Parks opening hours*.
Aquashow Indoor tickets will have a 15% discount during your stay, are not included in the price and can be purchased at the Parks ticket office to take advantage of the discount.
Water Adventure: Explore thrilling slides, wave pools, and our water roller coaster! All this just a few steps from your room in the Outdoor Water Park.
*In the year 2024 access is until September 8th and in the year 2025 it will be from May 1st to September 30th.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
The credit card provided will be charged for the amount and at the time indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.
Please note that guests must present the credit card used to guarantee the reservation during check-in.
Confirmation of ownership of the credit card will be made upon presentation of an official identification document.
If you are not the owner, you must pay via the link that the hotel will send you on the day you make the reservation.
The hotel accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards to guarantee your reservation. Only debit cards issued by national banks are accepted for payments made in person at the property.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Policy A (02/01 to 31/05; 01/10 to 30/12): Cancellations/modifications: less than 3 days of arrival, the Hotel will charge 2 nights.
Policy B (01/06 to 30/06; 01/09 to 30/09; 31/12 and 01/01): Cancellations/Modifications: less than 7 days from arrival, the Hotel will charge 4 nights.
Policy C (01/07 to 31/08): Cancellations/Modifications: less than 14 days from arrival, the Hotel will charge 7 nights.
Early departure: We charge the full amount of the stay.
No-show: We charge the full amount of the stay and release the room.
We recommend that all guests take out travel insurance to cover any unexpected disruption to travel plans.
ROOM SERVICE
All accommodation units will be cleaned daily during the stay, unless the guest requests otherwise.
If the guest has a do-not-disturb sign until 4:30 p.m., cleaning will not take place on that day.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
By proceeding with the booking, you further agree and acknowledge that if the booking is accepted by the Hotel, your stay will thereafter be subject to the Hotels standard terms and conditions of stay.
The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the booking if the Hotel is of the opinion that the booking information provided is falsified or incomplete.
The Hotel has the right to alter and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by the guest as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
Damages of any kind that go beyond the normal wear and tear and use of the equipment made available during the stay will be charged to the guests account.
If the accommodation is left excessively dirty on the date of departure, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guests account.
Smoking is not permitted in the hotel rooms.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is not included and is payable locally at check-in.
