Rooms sleep a maximum of four adults and two children (ages up to 11 years) or two adults and four children. Maximum occupancy will be based on King size and twin beds. An additional infant can be accommodated within these configurations however may be sharing existing bedding.

Located in Pearl Jumeirah, with excellent access to the malls and attractions of Dubai #039, as well as the city and main business districts. It offers easy access to Downtown Dubai and is 14 km from Dubai International Airport. The modern meeting rooms and spacious outdoor spaces offer magnificent views of the Persian Gulf.

A wide selection of 89 rooms and 29 suites (from 55 square meters to 1045 square meters), MyBar (homemade bar, full-sized bottles and snacks) LCD TV, surround sound, latest on-demand entertainment system ( news, movies, music, online and the ability to play shows throughout the resort using personal smartphones or tablets). Opening in January 2023, the Celebration Suite above the Beach Club is Dubais largest (1,045 square meters / 11,251 sq ft) with an impressive range of amenities.

The maximum capacity can accommodate up to 250 guests indoors and 1,200 guests for outdoor events. Great amenities including private pools and access to many non-motorized water sports. A natural extension of the Nikki Beach concept, creating an environment for ultimate pampering and relaxation. Tone Gym offers resort guests access to the latest Technogym equipment, including strength, resistance, balance and cardio equipment. Respecting the coastal regions of Europe, Bungalo34s menu presents authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Designed and curated by Natasha and Culinary Director Jill Okkers, the classic menu brings a touch of Greece, France and Italy to every plate.
