Mat & Amanda Follas opened The Wild Garlic in 2009 in its first location. Following much critical acclaim they have now expanded to larger premises in the former Talbot Inn Iwerne Minster Dorset. The larger premises gives them the opportunity to have two restaurants under one roof their acclaimed Restaurant opening several evenings a week where Mat is always chef and a seven day Bar & Grill where Mat works with the chefs on menus and day to day running of the business. These along with five beautiful bedrooms for guests to stay in and a dedicated area to hold events and courses means that they are able to offer a better and more complete service for their guests.Facilities:
